Hello, I am a Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist , Hypnobirthing practitioner and Reflexologist, with a warm, friendly, caring nature. I have a private practice providing sessions in Shaftesbury and from the Keyford area in Frome, working with clients either in person or online.
I have worked extensively in health for meany years, firstly as a complementary therapist and then as a counsellor. During this time I became increasing interested in finding a way of working with people which was more effective, positive and shorter term. It was then that I found Hypnotherapy and undertook further training in psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy, a brilliant empowering, effective but gently therapy!
I also enjoy working with women in preparation for birth and providing reflexology sessions, which are so helpful for health and well-being. Another area I love is taking meditaiton, relaxation classes and providing stress-reduction techniques and reflexology for the Forward Trust.
I have spent most of my working life helping people to live the best life they can and am passionate about helping people to stay well and improve their health & well-being.
When I am not working I love walking, swimmming, yoga, painting and spending time with my husband.
I am pround be a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy, the Complementary & Natural Health Care Council and the Association for Reflexologists. These associations ensure that practitioners maintain professional standards, practice within a strict code of ethics and have frequent supervision.
